JENNIFER WHITE, B.Sc., MIDST, ACAAB TABS Founder / Lead Animal Behaviourist

Jennifer White B.Sc., MIDST, ACAAB, combines personal experience and professional education as a leading animal behaviorist. Jennifer has had a love for animals from a very young age and often wondered why they do the things they do. Her professional journey was inspired by a desire to help homeless animals coupled with a need to better understand behaviour challenges with her own dog, a rescue Doberman named, Cocoa.

In time, Jennifer's desire to better understand animal behaviour led her to complete a master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies focused on animal behaviour and welfare from the University of New Brunswick. She then achieved professional designation as an Associate Certified Applied Animal Behaviorist with the Animal Behavior Society (ABS). In addition, Jennifer has recently completed a Certificate in Applied Animal Behavior from the University of Washington.

Today, as an ABS Board-Certified Associate Applied Animal Behaviorist, Jennifer consults with people who care for animals to improve their relationships. In her personal life, Jennifer also cherishes family time with her husband, two hockey crazy sons, and many pets. She is committed to helping others enjoy fulfilling relationships with the animals they care for through education, guidance and compassion.
